Susie Crowther , MA, CEAF, MTT



Susie is interested in the link between Health and Learning—more specifically, how lifestyle choices affect health and learning. Through this lens, she offers workshops, weaving health, lifestyle, art, intuition, and our essential message—Voice—into the process.

Susie is the founder of Mandala Journeys: offering local and global Journeys, which explore internal growth through external landscapes.  She is the co-founder of Zebras in the Woods,a Retreat Center offering workshops and seminars in health and wellness, through art and spirituality. 

Susie’s former paths influence her current service: Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Caterer/Owner of Susie’s Menu, Massage Therapist, Herbalist, degrees in Nutritional Sciences, Leadership Education, and Expressive Arts, and as professor of Educational Psychology (focus, Mind-Body Health). She currently works as Director of Educational Programs at Landmark College.

Susie loves food, plants, yoga, dogs, and All Things Laughter. Her vocation is to ignite the Voice, embody Change, and embrace Self-care. Susie's written works include: "The Art of Being Heard," "86," "The No-Recipe Cook Book," "The Refraction Process,™” and a children's book, "When I die."
